Yes. We used our products on our OWN children as young as 3 months old. Our products are mineral oil free, sulfate free and paraben free. We do recommend you use your own discretion. *Pst'* one more thing. If a product claims to be safe, it should be safe to use by all ages.

Yes. We're very much confident in our products. However, results vary from person to person. There are customers who have noticed a difference as little as a week, while others may see results in 30 days. Remember consistency is KEY.

Individual results may vary. We recommend that you use the product consistently for 30 days before seeing results. Some have seen results sooner. Just use the product according to the instructions on the bottle. Consistency is KEY.

11. What process should I follow when using your hair care line?
When using our hair products begin with either Justahairgrowth or Justa Lavish Blend oil. Can be used twice a day. Apply to the scalp before any protective styles. Massage oil into the scalp at night. Follow up with JustaBeauty bonnet before bed.
12. Will my hair fall out if I stop using your products?
We have not experienced any reverse effects from the discontinued use of our products.
13. What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on your address and your order. You will have to review the shipping costs at the time of purchase.
14. Do you ship outside the USA?
We do not currently ship outside the USA but we plan to in the near future.
15. How fast is shipping?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your order. Processing includes making your products, labeling them, printing labels and packing products in the box securely. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. Shipping (time in transit) is typically 2-3 business days after processing.
Total Shipping time = Processing time (5-7 business days) + shipping time.
We ship orders Monday - Friday only.
16. Do you offer tracking for shipped orders?
Yes, you will receive tracking information once your order has left the processing window which is (5-7 business days) but it is possible to receive information sooner.
17. What shipping courier do you use?
Currently we ship all of our domestic orders with USPS.
18. What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept debit and credit card payments only at this time.
19. What is your return policy?
Our products are handmade and most are made to order. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, if your order HAS NOT SHIPPED and you wish to cancel then please do so WITHIN 24 hours of placing your order. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Orders WILL NOT be reshipped if we receive delivery confirmation. Please contact your mail carrier. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, please file a claim with the postal carrier. We are not responsible for damage during shipment because we have no control over shipment once it leaves our facility.
